To further strengthen our position as a market leader in service lane technology, we are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. 

 

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for running paid marketing programs to drive new customer acquisition across digital channels, including paid search, display, and social media. The ideal candidate is a true B2B marketer, comfortable being hands-on with digital campaigns, including their execution and management. 

Reporting to the Director of Acquisition Marketing, and working with Marketing leadership, the Digital Campaign Manager will develop new digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations on how to improve or optimize campaigns that leverage audience-based, data-driven strategies and tactics that drive stronger personalization and optimal business results.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will…

  • Define and lead paid digital marketing strategies across paid search, display and paid social, that maximize Dealer-FX's paid digital marketing effectiveness
  • Have experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in Google display and search network
  • Have a deep understanding and experience working in social advertising platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Bring detailed knowledge in creating audiences (in-market, affinity, and others) using website data, Google Analytics, and social platforms
  • Identify the need to change creative, messaging, and medium of delivery by analyzing the performance of the campaign
  • Have a strong ability and desire to test campaigns for optimal performance
  • Prepare and present reports to internal teams that clearly highlight campaign KPIs, to identify defining factors contributing to outcomes
  • Work with external agencies, learn the industry best practices, and assimilate the learning in day-to-day campaign management 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing platforms and related technologies are functioning to meet the needs of digital marketing. This will include marketing automation software, audience management, and analytic platform performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing effectiveness through data-driven analysis

Qualifications

The experience we need…

  • 4+ years of working across paid digital marketing channels, including media planning and buying experience for social, search, display, and programmatic
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for a mid to large size organization
  • Experience with digital marketing/advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing) 
  • Data-driven marketer fluent in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and audience building tools
  • Knowledge of API integrations with marketing platforms and understanding of cookie/pixel implementation
  • Working knowledge or proficiency with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • An eye for design and visual communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
