    We’re looking to add an energized, forward thinking organized Digital & Social Marketing Coordinator to our Digital Client Services team! For us, the purpose of the role is to ensure dealership clients are maximizing their digital and social media potential at the highest level of quality and efficiency.     This position provides digital marketing support to our dealership clients by preparing and delivering on digital and social media marketing activities.  They support ongoing marketing activities and tasks by researching, preparing and delivering content as well as monitoring results for effectiveness.  This role is also responsible for paid ad campaigns, which includes defining objectives, KPIs, budget, creative, copy, results & reporting.  Strategy and goals could be determined by either direct client relationships or through the direction of a senior account manager.

    This role requires the ability to create consistent, meaningful content across all digital platforms as well as deliver results-oriented social advertising.

    To achieve the overall objective, the position will work closely with the Social & Digital Marketing team and our Clients in:

     

    • Build and execute digital and social media strategies for our dealership clients
    • Write, develop, and strategize online content
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video)
    • Plan and execute successful email marketing programs
    • Collaborate and direct creative design for digital assets as needed
    • Update client websites (creative and content) using a variety of CMS systems
    • Develop effective paid social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and determine social advertising budget allocation
    • Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
    • Monitor and respond to online reviews on behalf of clients
    • Collaborate with other departments as needed
    • Participate in ongoing program development, and monitoring of industry research, trends

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
    • Minimum 2 years work experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing or related field
    • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google (Profiles, Analytics and Advertising) for business
    • Experience using Facebook Business Manager and Ad Manager to develop ads
    • Excellent attention to detail, well organized and self-motivated
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with copy accuracy
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
    • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while respecting associated deadlines
    • Experience with Google Analytics, tracking and tagging tools
    • Experience using SproutSocial, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tools
    • Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
