    The CRM Administrator is a new role within Dealer-FX, and is responsible for supporting our Consulting Operation team in managing consulting logistics and activities as well as other projects and tasks within the Client Services Organization. This role requires a team player who is proactive by nature and detail oriented. 



    Support to Consulting Logistics (75% of the time):

    • Log in all Consulting meeting visits in the tracking spreadsheets. Ensure alignment with the meeting visits in our CRM (we use Sugar, but if you've used Salesforce in the past it's very similar).
    • Track all Meetings within CRM to ensure all fields are entered correctly.
    • Track all Process Consultant processes through Sugar reports to ensure all tasks are completed within the required time frames.
    • Ensure Specific OEM requests in terms of logistic and follow-up processes are completed correctly by the Process Consultants.

    Support to other Client Services departments (25% of the time):

    • Building ad-hoc professional reports, presentations and communications to be presented to key stakeholders and senior management staff.
    • Participating in meetings and conference calls with stakeholders and partners.
    • Documenting action items and agenda related reports to management team.


    • College diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Strong command of the English language; both verbal and written
    • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with creating professional presentations and gathering data
    • Ability to complete detailed tasks with exceptional level of accuracy
    • Ability to independently solve problems & make decisions
    • High level of technical literacy with laptop, desktop and mobile systems
