    The Digital & Social Account Manager oversees and assists in the execution of day to day tasks needed to develop world-class digital marketing and social media campaigns to ensure success for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    Working closely with creative design, social community managers, 3rd-party suppliers, partners and business development teams, the Digital & Social Account Manager will:

     

    • Recommend and execute digital strategies and tactics across all mediums, including but not limited to: Client websites (creative and content), Email marketing campaigns, Online advertising, Social media, Social media advertising, SEM/SEO and Video, as well as traditional marketing solutions.
    • Work closely with dealer, dealer group and OEM clients to translate business requirements into results-oriented, digital marketing strategies
    • Identify new marketing opportunities as it relates to the customer experience and supports growth and profitability objectives for the business
    • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.) as well as business transactions, and develop nurture campaigns
    • Collaborate and direct creative design for digital assets as needed
    • Own and update Marketing Plans and Editorial Calendars
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against pre-established goals for ROI and KPI(s)
    • Utilize Google Analytics and third-party analytic platforms to actively report upon, recommend and implement digital strategies to enhance the client’s digital presence and campaigns
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill program requirements, on-time and on budget
    • Provide regular communication and reporting to clients, either remotely or in-store (travel may be required)
    • Participation in industry events or trade shows

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of five years marketing experience
    • Creative thought leader in developing integrated digital marketing programs and tactics across all mediums (websites, email campaigns, social, advertising, SEM, collateral, videos)
    • Client management experience preferred
    • Experience coordinating and working with various support teams, both internal and external
    • Experience and knowledge with CMS and email deployment programs
    • Solid Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for reporting, communication and recommendations
    • Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g Google Analytics and CMS)
    • Design background and hands-on creative experience preferred
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications; expert with MS Powerpoint and Excel
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
    • Self-motivated, results driven and capable of working autonomously
    • Solutions driven - takes initiative in finding and recommending solutions
    • Proficient at balancing multiple tasks and setting priorities
