    We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator (Co-op) with an interest in training and development to join our busy (and totally great) People & Culture Team. Dealer-FX is growing (fast!) and we need help delivering cutting edge training programs to our business.

     

    Working closely with our People & Culture team, the successful candidate will help take in internal learning and development program to the next level. They will also support other human resources activities, such as recruitment, general administrative duties, employer branding, and more!

    Responsibilities

     

    • Support the development of our in-house learning and development program
    • Schedule training sessions in our LMS, coordinate training with subject matter experts and manage session attendance
    • Market training opportunities to employees and develop corporate communications to help drive program awareness
    • Provide reporting based on employee feedback and make suggestions for program improvements
    • Maintain an updated curriculum database
    • Provide trainers with technical/AV support as required
    • Research and recommend new training programs, learning streams, training methods and techniques
    • Assist in the coordination of a company-wide training conference
    • Assist with recruitment activities including coordinating job fairs, employer branding initiatives, social media posts, etc.
    • Provide administrative support for various Human Resources programs, such as employees events, performance management, benefits, and maintenance of personnel files
    • Act as a member of the Culture Club and organize employee engagement initiatives for staff.

    Qualifications

    To take on the role of People & Culture Coordinator (Co-op), you must be:

     

    • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate certificate program focusing on Human Resources Management
    • An ability to build effective relationships with multiple levels of stakeholders
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, organization skills and effective communication and written skills
