We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator (Co-op) with an interest in training and development to join our busy (and totally great) People & Culture Team. Dealer-FX is growing (fast!) and we need help delivering cutting edge training programs to our business.
Working closely with our People & Culture team, the successful candidate will help take in internal learning and development program to the next level. They will also support other human resources activities, such as recruitment, general administrative duties, employer branding, and more!

You are passionate about learning and development and ready to put your skills to the test. You work very well with little director supervision but enjoy being a part of the team. You have a “can-do” attitude and thrive when working in a strong service-oriented environment. You approach your work and interactions with others with optimism and aim to keep all stakeholders satisfied and informed throughout the process. Have a passion for all things “people” in an organization? Even better! You’re probably working toward your CHRP designation and excited to gain valuable work experience to help drive your HR career forward.
