We are currently looking for a PowerPoint Specialist to join our Marketing team. You are a creative individual with hawk-like attention to detail for complex presentations, data-driven infographics and sensitive information. We need someone who will give their all to creating engaging presentations that tell a story for our key clients, working closely with the CEO and other executives.


Dealer-FX is constantly introducing new products and programs, providing status updates and vital information to our dealer and auto maker clients. We need someone who can ensure we are catching their attention with compelling imagery, delivering important information and leaving them impressed.


In this role, you will work as a member of the Marketing Team, collecting and configuring data and images into engaging stories. Much, but not all, of your output will be polished and compelling PowerPoint presentations. These presentations will be used extensively in client interactions such as during sales pitches, client visits, conference calls and webinars, among other things. Other collateral will be used for internal and external marketing.

  • Work with our Marketing team to design and build new presentation templates with modular visual and textual components for use across the organization.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for all PowerPoint (and presentation) projects, including interfacing directly with CEO and other execs.
  • Interact with all internal teams, including but not limited to, Training, Sales, Program Management and Product Development to assist with their presentation needs.
  • Work collaboratively with key members of each department to develop an ongoing process to ensure presentations are aligned with current templates.
  • Work with both the head of the design team and other members within the Marketing team to assist with design-oriented (non-presentation) projects. Integrate into the department workflows as needed.
  • Constantly seek to improve the processes you design and participate in, functionally and technically. Suggest improvements on a regular basis and work to incorporate them.
  • Travel expectations: 5-10 days per year.


  • Great PowerPoint skills: you can produce presentations that are aesthetic, concise and compelling. Fortune 500 caliber output. Apple Keynote skills are a plus.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, branding guidelines and layout.
  • Systematic thinking: ability to design processes around business needs, with meticulous attention to detail, data and protocols.
  • 1-3 of experience working with PowerPoint; ability to produce new material efficiently, create multiple options to convey ideas and effectively drive a process to completion.
  • Ability to interact directly with senior executives, producing presentations for important clients.
  • Experience displaying complex data in an easily digestible and visually pleasing way.


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with an advertising agency, consulting firm and/or investment bank
  • Knowledge of print and digital design processes, color theory and production processes.
  • Understanding of the strengths and limitations of presentation technology including aspect ratios, projectors, sound, and video equipment.
