Responsibilities

The IT Manager is responsible to plan, manage and deliver information technology services to the Dealer-FX business. The position guides a team of IT Analysts to seamlessly maintain the connection between the technology and business operations teams and the rest of the company as a whole.

To achieve the overall objective, the position will:       

  • Assist with the integration of new software
  • Monitor and maintain systems and networks
  • Manage and lead a team of IT analysts to respond to and handle tickets and IT issues and requests from the business
  • Establish SLA’s, then plan and manage the delivery of high quality IT service and support to the business
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of technology needs related to new employee onboarding, including but not limited to: systems access and user ID’s, hardware set up and imaging, smartphone set up, new employee training
  • Develop procedures for IT team and assist them with work flow
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill program requirements, on-time and on budget.
  • Manage technology procurement for the organization, including existing vendor relationships.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

In addition to delivering the overall objective, this position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, coaching and development of the Information Technology Analyst’s, including active participation in and completion of related supervisory and leadership processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Post secondary education in a related discipline, or 5+ years of direct, relevant work experience
  • 2+ years experience leading and managing a team
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in a tech or IT environment
  • Proven knowledge of internal networks and systems, ideally as it relates to Google apps for corporate
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders, as well as external third parties
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Proficient at balancing multiple tasks and setting priorities
  • Detailed oriented and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment and recommend sound business solutions
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and approach to work and overcoming work challenges
